With the start of the new year, resolutions are made with the intention to see them through. Here at One&Co, we endeavour to support our community in realising their dreams. Thus, after months of hard work, we present to you “Officercise”.
Officercise is a series of exercises that can be done using minimal equipment anywhere, including at the office. Targeted at health-conscious business people, Officercise is brought to you by OnElxr, a collaboration between One&Co and online cloud gym service provider, ELXR.
Come and join us on our fitness journey! Officercise runs from the 10th of January 2022 till the 18th of March 2022. It is available exclusively on the ELXR app for phones and tablets, both on the Google Play Store and the Mac App Store.

To commemorate our inaugural launch of Officercise, we will be holding 3 lucky draws throughout this entire season.
