  • The Space

    • Q1 Is eating and drinking allowed in the space?
      A1You may drink anywhere in the space. However, food is only allowed in the shared open space.
    • Q2 Do you loan laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices?
      A2We do not loan electronic devices. However, extension cords, mobile phone chargers, power converters, and other related items are available. Please approach our friendly staff if you need anything.
    • Q3 Is Wi-Fi available?
      A3Free Wi-Fi is available.
    • Q4 Are power outlets available?
      A4Power outlets are available for use. However, please be reminded that the voltage is different from Japan when plugging in your electronic devices.
    • Q5 Is there a printer or photocopy machine available?
      A5Yes. Please ask our staff about printing costs when you sign up for your membership.
    • Q6 Is there a place where I can safely store my belongings?
      A6Personal lockers are available for use at an additional fee. Please ask about lockers when signing up for a membership.
    • Q7 Is there a smoking area?
      A7No, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
    • Q8 Are there any age restrictions?
      A8You must be at least 16 years of age to use the lounge space (with the exception of some events).
    • Q9 What kind of meeting rooms are available?
      A9Meeting rooms range in size from 4-pax rooms to 24-pax rooms. Each room is outfitted with a TV monitor and a whiteboard.
  • Operation Hours

    • Q1 Do you observe any holidays?
      A1Yes. Our staff is unavailable on weekends, public holidays, and during New Year celebrations (December 29 – January 3). During these times, drop-in (one-day) use and hot desks are also unavailable. Members with dedicated desk and/or private desk subscriptions may access and use the space 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
    • Q2 What are your operation hours?
      A2We are open Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 18:00
  • General Services

    • Q1 Do you loan any office supplies?
      A1Yes. You may borrow writing supplies and tape amoungst other things. Depending on our members’ needs, we plan to expand the types of supplies that we can loan.
    • Q2 Can I buy beverages in the space?
      A2We do not sell beverages. However, you may help yourself to free coffee, water, and anything else that is available at the drink bar.
    • Q3 Will you be able to assist my guests?
      A3If you have guests during our regular staff hours, our conductors will help them at the reception desk near the entrance.
    • Q4 Can you handle any mail or parcels I receive?
      A4Our conductors will receive any mail and parcels on your behalf and distribute them during scheduled delivery times. However, this service is only available during regular staff hours.
    • Q5 What kinds of phone services are available?
      A5We have a phone call forwarding service. Please inquire for more details.
  • Fees

    • Q1 When will I be billed for the use of meeting rooms?
      A1Meeting rooms and other optional services will be billed collectively at the end of the month. Drop-in customers will be asked to pay any fees prior to entering the lounge. For other questions, please enquire on the day of your visit.
    • Q2 When should I make payment for optional services?
      A2Collective payments for all services rendered will be calculated at the end of the month and withdrawn from the registered account at the end of the following month.
    • Q3 How can I pay?
      A3Generally, payments for the first month are to be settled by bank transfer. All following payments will be automatically withdrawn from the registered bank account.
    • Q4 Are membership fees or deposit fees refundable?
      A4New member fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Deposits will be refunded (minus any incidental and other fees) when cancelling your membership.
  • Visits and Viewings

    • Q1 How do I schedule a visit?
      A1Please schedule a visit using our contact form. If you would like to schedule a same-day visit, please call us by phone beforehand.
  • Inspections

    • Q1 Please tell me how to prepare for an inspection.
      A1We do not publish information pertaining to preparations for inspections.
    • Q2 My company’s staff is unable to be present for the inspection.
      A2A company executive must be present for the registration and the actual inspection.
    • Q3 What kind of paperwork do I need to prepare for registration and the actual inspection?
      A3As personal and business membership requirements differ, please inquire.
    • Q4 What kinds of businesses are ineligible to use your services?
      A4Businesses aimed at criminal activities such as gambling, prostitution and stimulants, adult sites, dating sites, money laundering, multi-level marketing, and other criminal activities that are easily linked to or violate public order and morals, may not use our services. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any companies that are deemed unfit to use our services.
  • Contracts

    • Q1 How long is the contract?
      A1Contracts are 1 month long and automatically renewed until cancelled. All cancellations must be made at least 2 months in advance.
    • Q2 How long does it take for my contract to start?
      A2Contracts go into effect when all the required documents and initial payments have been received. When all procedures are completed, you will receive a notification from us within 2-3 business days informing you of the start of your contract.
  • Company Registration and Foundation

    • Q1 I want to start my own company (or move my company address). Can you act as my representative?
      A1We can refer you to a partner lawyer to assist you in this matter.
    • Q2 Can I register my company here?
      A2Yes. However, when you cancel your contract with us you must also take care to register your new address.
  • Events

    • Q1 Do you host seminars?
      A1Yes, we do. We hold a variety of events in order to provide business and community-building opportunities to our members.
    • Q2 Do you host events where I can meet other members?
      A2Yes. We are actively organizing events and other interactions between our members to encourage new business collaborations.
