Maki Ishiwatari
<\/strong>Maki has extensive experience in working in start ups and early stage companies. Her first start-up was bringing a US Broker\/Dealer into Japan, introducing the concept of Independent Financial Planners to serve retail investors, as head of training and marketing. After another early phase insurance company and new department set up at Fidelity Investment, she co-started B4F K.K, a fashion\/lifestyle private sale e-commerce company as Head of Sales&Marketing. From 2015, she headed up the Tokyo office launch for UK luxury fashion platform Farfetch, as Managing Director (country manager). From 2018, Maki has relocated to Singapore and started her company, Ignite Coaching and Consulting Pte Ltd, where she does market entry consulting and leadership coaching. Maki holds a BA in Policy Management at Keio University and a MBA from INSEAD, as well as certified as a coach as Certified Professional Co-Active\u00ae Coach and Associate Certified Coach, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator\u00ae practitioner. She has also finished her core courses of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayaka Yamada
<\/strong>Ayaka is a Certified Professional Co-Active\u00ae Coach and has completed Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching core program as well as conducted over 200 hours of coaching to professionals across Japan and Asia Pacific since 2018. Also Ayaka is Google Cloud\u2019s Japan and Asia Pacific Change and Transformation Lead Consultant based in Singapore and is responsible for helping customers to achieve business and cultural transformation leveraging the power of Google Cloud. Ayaka is a regular keynote speaker for Google Cloud marketing events, an experienced facilitator of change management and culture workshops to help organisations develop vision \/ plans for transforming their organisation. Ayaka is also the co-author of Transforming your organization with G Suite.

Ayaka is originally from Japan and has worked for Google Japan as a sales manager and a product specialist for Google\u2019s internet advertising products for 4 years. Prior to Google, Ayaka has 7 years of experience working for NTT DOCOMO, the largest telco in Japan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
